OUR TV SYSTEM WAS HIJACKED FROM THE INSTALLATION DAY WHEN THE INSTALLER CONTRACTOR HELPED HIMSELF TO OUR SIGNAL BY SETTING HIMSELF UP TO GET IT. MY ACCOUNT'S BEEN LOCKED OUT SO MANY TIMES THAT IT'S NOT EVEN A SNICKER'S WORTH OF FUNNY!!! -(((

Since AT&T came along-ALL PROBLEMS BEGAN WITH AT&T!ĪT&T, YOUR DIRECTV LOGIN SYSTEM IS HACKED AND SO IS MY DIRECTV SATELLITE SYSTEM! I HAVE READ THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS, ONLINE IN NUMEROUS PLACES, ABOUT THESE ISSUES AND WE'RE ALL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS! WE DIDN'T HAVE THESE PROBLEMS UNTIL AT&T TOOK OVER WHEN THEY BOUGHT OUT DIRECTV. I am a customer for many years with Directv. I have changed my password more times than i can remember to rest but this continues to happen! Frustrated why you people cannot fix this once and for all. I have linked accounts AT&T/Directv when you started this process and merged, I should not have to do CHANGE MY PASSWORD multiple times every time I want to go into Directv account. It is an awful site and needs problem fixed.
